ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of S.C.Herold Singh Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.G.Prabhu Raja Durai Advocate for the 1st Respondent, and Mr.S.Srinivasa Ragavan, learned counsel for the 6th Respondent, this Court made the following order: The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to accept the cause title in CMA(MD)No.519 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the earlier application for impleading the legal heirs of the first respondent before the trial Court was returned and the papers were misplaced.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they may be 2/3

permitted to file another application for the very same relief.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to file another application before the trial Court. 5.Accordingly, Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
