ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 5 on the basis of the writ petitioner's complaint dated 29.09.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No.390 of 2024 came to be registered and after coming to know that there existed money transaction dispute between the parties, the same was ordered to be closed.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil Court, if so advised. No costs.
