--------------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- "This Court directed the learned Magistrate, (Additional Mahila Court), Sivagangai, to produce the records with regard to the case in counter registered in Crime No.276 of 2015, on the file of the Kalayarkoil Police Station, Sivagangai District. But the learned Judicial Magistrate has submitted the copies of the records related to in C.C.No.138 of 2018 (Crime No.275 of 2015).

2. Registry is directed to call for a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate as to whether the final report has been filed in Crime No.276 of 2015. The first respondent is directed to produce the case file with regard to the case in counter in Crime No.276 of 2015.

3. Post the matter on 04.02.2022."
