ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Sankarankovil, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.276 of 2012 within the stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioners have filed a suit in O.S.No.276 of 2012 before the Additional District Munsif Court, Sankarankovil, for declaration and mandatory injunction. Though written statement has been filed in the said suit, the same is still pending before the Court below. The learned counsel further submitted that as per the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007 Tamil Nadu Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts/Rules 2007, the said suit should be disposed of within a period of two years from the date of filing the suit. But, the same is pending for more than six years. Hence, the learned counsel seeks a direction for early disposal of the said suit.

3. In view of Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007 Tamil Nadu Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts/Rules 2007, this Court directs the learned Additional District Munsif, Sankarankovil, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/3

CRP(MD)No.2058 of 2019 to dispose of O.S.No.276 of 2012, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
