This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue appropriate direction to the seventh Respondent to register a case on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2022, as per the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.4707 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar.

2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner had moved the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and obtained appropriate orders. In spite of the same, the seventh Respondent had failed to register the case. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the seventh Respondent would submit that as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, the seventh Respondent had conducted an enquiry and filed a report. After conducting enquiry, the seventh 2/4

Respondent had closed it stating that there are no sufficient materials to proceed with the investigate and sent a report to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar also.

4.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Petitioner to seek appropriate relief either through the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar or through the Civil Court concerned.
