This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 226 of 2013 on the file of respondent Police dated 26.11.2013 for the offences under Section 294(b), 323, 332 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.226 of 2013 and also filed final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate and the same is pending for taking cognizance. 3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
