ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The petitioner seeks leave to file this appeal against the order of the Writ Court dated 07.08.2024, in and by which the Writ Court had directed grant of electricity service connection to the house put up by the 1st respondent herein. The petitioner claims that she is also an assignee of land under the scheme for grant of free house site pattas in Emaneswaram village. The assignment order issued to the petitioner has also been produced. From the said order, we are unable to localize the land that has been assigned to the petitioner. It is a matter for evidence.

2. Leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court, the petition is dismissed. The Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD)No.SR73446 of 2024 stands rejected in the SR stage itself.
