RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.19086/2021 dated 04.08.2022 as modify the place as direct the petitioner to sign in the Land Grabbing Court, Madurai instead of the Police Station.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KISHORE KUMAR V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19086 of 2021 dated 04.08.2022 as modify the place as direct the petitioner to sign in the Land Grabbing Court, Madurai instead of the police station. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.
