This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14004 of 2023 on 01.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unable to comply the condition, since she has severe uterus problem. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner complied the condition only for four days.

4.The petitioner has to comply the condition at least for 15 days. If she has health issue, she can revive her application with proper medical records.
