ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father, who is the fourth respondent, has lodged the complaint as if the petitioner is missing.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner's father/fourth respondent, CSR.No.313 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and conclude the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
