This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners that the petitioners were directed to deposit totally a sum of Rs.1,26,576/-. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are unable to mobilize the above said amount. Therefore, he seeks modification. 3.By considering the facts and circumstances of the case only, the above said condition was imposed upon the petitioner. This Court is not inclined to change its view as already taken.
