RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the order dt 06.10.22 made in rl.O.P.(MD0.No.17867/2022 has been passed by the Honourable High Court and report before the Inspector of Police Ammayanayakanur Police Station, Dindigul District 10.30 a.m so as to comply with the said condition. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNU J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17867 of 2022, dated 06.10.2022 directing the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Ammayanayakanur Police Station, Dindigul District daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

CRL MP(MD) No.13594 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17867 of 2022 dated 06.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
