ORDER

The Civil Revision is directed against the order in I.A.No.115 of 2017 in O.S.No.167 of 2010, dated 19.02.2018 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District. 1/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.03.2024, since the learned counsel for the petitioner has reported no instructions, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the revision petitioner and posted the matter on 19.03.2024. On 19.03.2024, despite printing the name of the petitioner, he has not turned up, posted the matter on 27.03.2024 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, (i.e.,27.03.2024), there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
