PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Respondents to issue Non-Traceable Certificate Sale Deed D.N:770/1990 to the Petitioner based on the Petitioner's complaint, dated 29.04.2022 in C.S.R.No.755/2022 on the file of the second Respondent Police within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents to issue Non-Traceable Certificate Sale Deed D.N: 770/1990 to the Petitioner based on the Petitioner's complaint, dated 29.04.2022 in C.S.R.No.755/2022 on the file of the second Respondent Police within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court. 2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents submitted that he has no objection to issue Non Traceable Certificate as per the instructions issued by the Director General of Police vide circular in Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022.

3.In view of the above submissions, the Petitioner is directed to furnish the details as per the circular of Director General of Police. The Respondents are directed to issue certificate sought by the Petitioner based on the details furnished by him as per the circular of Director General of Police in Rc.No.2029209/General.1(1)/2022, dated 01.04.2022, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
