2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] filed a copy of the FIR to show that the complaint of the petitioner has been registered as FIR No.172 of 2023 dated 22.09.2023 against the unofficial respondents. 3.Since FIR has already been initiated and enquiry is going on, no further direction can be issued.
