This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR registered in Crime No.464 of 2022 under Sections 377, 342, 506(i) IPC on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that upon completion of investigation, the first respondent filed final report, which was taken on file in C.C.No.105 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti. 3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 25.03.2024 NCC :
