The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 808 days in re-presenting the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned with a condition to the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Women Lawyers Association attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CMP(MD) No.11071 of 2025 of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to Court. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
