ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 02.10.2024 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the third respondent has not received the copy of the representation from the petitioner.

3.At this juncture the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to give fresh representation to the third respondent.

Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
