Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notification, dated 25.09.2024, regarding the public auction of agriculture properties to an extent of 241.33 acres comprised
in various survey numbers belonging to the 3rd respondent's temple situated at Thenkalam Village, Tirunelveli District, and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to call for public auction as individual items instead of single lot.
