ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking expeditious disposal of his representation, dated 24.02.2022 pending with the first respondent.

2. I have heard Mr.V.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.S.R.Anbarasan, learned counsel for the respondents 3 & 4.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of computerised patta in favour of the third respondent and in that regard, he has made a representation, to cancel the said patta issued to the third respondent, on 24.02.2022.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2022 on merits and in accordance 2/4

with law after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent. The first respondent shall pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
