PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.408 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 308(4), 351(3) and 54 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.408 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 05.09.202, the petitioner along with A1 demanded Rs.500/- from the defacto complainant and his brother and when they refused, the accused gave a life threat to him. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has got 10 previous cases, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
