O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 04.07.2022, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1663 of 2022, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that based on the directions issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, the respondent has conducted an enquiry, closed the petitioner's complaint and filed a report dated 18.10.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate stating that the enquiry revealed that the dispute between the parties concerned is civil in nature and therefore, the petitioner has to approach the competent Civil Court for redressal of his grievance. To that effect, he has also produced a copy of the report dated 18.10.2022, before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission, the contempt petition is closed.
