This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to comply with the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy passed in Cr.M.P. No. 4577 of 2019 dated 19.07.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order dated 19.07.2019 passed in Cr.M.P. No. 4577 of 2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No.53 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 120B, 406 & 420 of IPC. The statement is recorded.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
