O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.10890 of 2020, dated 02.01.2023 has not been complied with by the respondent.

2.This Court, in WP(MD) No.10890 of 2020, dated 02.01.2023 has passed the following order:- "Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the petitioner has not impleaded the Block Development Officer, Devakottai as a party, since no adverse order passed as against the Block Development Officer, Devakottai, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the concerned Block Educational Officer, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 3.Today(30.10.2020), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader 2/4

appearing for the respondent submits that based on the directions of this Court, enquiry has been conducted and they found that the allegations made by this petitioner as against the Block Development Officer is found to be false and an order has also been passed to that effect. A copy of the order was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order in the manner known to law.
