Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5732 of 2018 in Crl.A(MD)No.327 of 2018, dated 23.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

CRL MP(MD) No.13668 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in two months, i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
