O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent police grant police protection to the petitioner from the respondents 3 to 6 for doing cleaning work in the petitioner's land by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 18.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.281 of 2024 came to be registered and enquiry is pending.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respodent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
