Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.26 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 to A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 420, 120(b) IPC, in Crime No.26 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant run a finance company under the name and style of Marutham Bankers. The petitioners had joined the said company as an agent for streamlining the company funds to the self help groups. Whereas, the petitioners streamlined the company money to some fake self help groups with the help of some bogus documents. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are innocents and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. CRL OP(MD). No.19867 of 2022 4.The learned Govt. Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the petitioners caused loss to the tune of Rs.31,00,000/- and in this case, investigation is preliminary stage. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the fact that the investigation is in preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at this point of time.

6. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
