Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned notification Nil dated 24.10.2019 issued by the third respondent published in Dinamani News paper, Madurai Edition dated 01.11.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as a Overhead Water Tank Operator at the fourth respondent's Town Panchayat Office from the date of his service.
