By order dated 12.04.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in OS No.514 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. After extension of time having been granted by this Court, now, the Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.

701/2025, dated 24.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 12.04.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 12.04.2024.
