ORDER
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 265 days in representing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection and also considering the long delay in representation, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 265 days, however, with costs.
3.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt 2/3
of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
