This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to transfer the investigation in the Petitioner's complaint dated 22.06.2021 on the file of the third Respondent and entrust the same to the second Respondent or any other competent authority to complete the investigation expeditiously. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the enquiry had been conducted in CSR.No.118 of 2021 and the same was closed.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to approach the Court concerned by filing appropriate petition to seek his remedy.
