ORDER : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions,the court made the following order:- Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, all the Petitions are allowed and the petitioners are granted two weeks time from today to comply with the conditional order dated 27.08.2022 made in C.M.P(MD) Nos.8640, 8643 and 8646 of 2016 in S.A.(MD) Nos.639 to 641 of 2010.

2. In case, the petitioners fail to comply with the condition within a time stipulated, C.M.P(MD) Nos.8640, 8643 and 8646 shall stand automatically dismissed.
