This Petition has been filed by the defacto Complainant seeking direction against the Respondent/Investigation Officer to complete the investigation in Crime No.119 of 2022 within the specified time and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 1/4

2.There is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner, when the matter was taken up for hearing today.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that enquiry in this case has been completed. The final report has also been filed in respect of the accused 1 and 3 to 6 through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur on 04.11.2022 and the final report regarding the second accused is split up, since he is a minor and the same is yet to be filed before the Juvenile Justice Board.
