Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.KRISHNAVENI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 27.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3729 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.778 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed upon the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calendar Month.
