2022 dated 02.11.2022) and consequentially to direct the 3rd respondent to register the same based on the No Objection Certificate given by the respondents no.4 and 5 within time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to permit the petitioner to represent the partition deed (Pending Document No.P68 of 2022 dated 02.11.2022) and consequentially to direct the 3rd respondent to register the same based on the No Objection Certificate given by the respondents no.4 and 5 within time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

According to the petitioner, a partition deed relates to 16 items of property, out of which, 13 items comes under the jurisdiction of the third respondent and remaining three items comes under the jurisdiction of the respondents 4 and 5. Despite the respondents 4 and 5 have sent no objection for registering the document relating to the property in their jurisdiction with the 3rd respondent, no registration is done by the 3rd respondent.

3. It is represented now that the document has been returned to the petitioner. As the document has been now returned, liberty is given to the petitioner to represent the same and on such representation, the respondent No.3 shall register the same as per law within a period of one week thereafter.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
