This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his wife life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the fourth respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
