O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner for an extent of 8 1⁄2 cents of land comprised in Old.R.S.No. 447, New R.S.No. 482/17 of Thiruvisavallur village in Thanjavur District and to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the land in Old.R.S.No. 447, New R.S.No. 482/17 of Thiruvisavallur village in Thanjavur District by considering petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2025.

The petitioner claiming right over the property in the above mentioned survey number by virtue of settlement deed executed by his father dated 04.10.2017, submitted a representation to the respondents on 04.08.2025 seeking issuance of separate patta. Since the same has not been considered, he has come before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered, in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.08.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the respondents 4 and 5 and any other interested parties.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
