Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the fourth respondent to pass order for release of compensation amount for the lands comprised in Survey No.291 Royathwari Punja land of 2 acres 67 cents and Survey No.292 Royathwari Punja land of 3 acres 12 cents totally 5 acres 79 cents situated at 9A, Nathampannai Village, Pudukkottai Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on the representation of the petitioner dated on 13.12.2023 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

petitioner is granted liberty to move the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
