This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records relating Crime No.225 of 2024, dated 18.08.2024, on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and the name of the petitioner has been deleted. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
