ORDER

The petitioner was granted bail by the Court below subject to the condition that he will appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.The petitioner's counsel states that he has been complying with the said condition for the last five days. But then, he is facing life threat and that is why, he wants modification of the said condition.

3.Taking note of the apprehension expressed by the petitioner's counsel, the said condition imposed by the Court below is modified and relaxed. Hence, this criminal original petition is allowed.
