Heard Ms.M.Nandhini Priyadharshini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the representation submitted by the petitioner, which is the subject matter of this writ petition has already been considered by the second respondent by passing final orders on 18.10.2024. Since final orders have been 2/4

passed on the petitioner's representation, the petitioner will have to necessarily challenge the said order in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

4. In this writ petition, limited relief has been sought for by the petitioner seeking for consideration of the petitioner's representation. Since the petitioner's representation has already been considered, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the second respondent, which has been placed on record by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents before this Court today, in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
