O R D E R

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by an employee working in the respondent Transport Corporation, seeking a Mandamus to permit him to withdraw a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- as loan from the petitioner's Provident Fund Account to meet out his son's Educational Expenses.

2. At the time of filing of the writ petition, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Transport Corporation is refusing to issue the statuary Form in which an application has to be made for withdrawal of the amount. After the Court warned the Transport Corporation, now Form has been issued to the writ petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to submit the Form to the Transport Corporation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submission of the same, the 2/4

respondents are directed to consider the same and release the eligible amount within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of submission of the the Form by the writ petitioner.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
