This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for writ petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are some typographical error in the order dated 11.12.2025 passed in this writ petition, ie., the petitioner's name is Mohamed Ashik but it is wrongly typed as Mohamed Asshik and the Passport number should be Passport No. N6345657 but it is wrongly typed as Passport No.345657 in the prayer and in the 1st paragraph of the order. Hence, he seeks to rectify the same.
3. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to carry out the above said corrections in the order dated 11.12.2025 in W.P.Crl.(MD)No..1214 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.

PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to withdraw the Look Out Circular against the petitioner bearing Passport No. 345657 in connection with FIR.No.395 of 2022, registered on the file of the 4th respondent Inspector of Police, Thiruchitrambalam Police Station in which the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1, within a reasonable time as may be stipulated by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to withdraw the Look Out Circular against the petitioner bearing Passport No. 345657 in connection with FIR No.395 of 2022, registered on the file of the 4th respondent Inspector of Police, Thiruchitrambalam Police Station, in which the petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.1, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. This Court, after considering the rival submissions, granted an interim order vide order dated 04.09.2025. Based on the interim order, the 4/7
prosecution has temporarily withdrawn the Look Out Circular. Now, the matter is under consideration for permanent withdrawal of the said Look Out Circular.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted his father before he left abroad. However, considering the fact that the co-accused, who is the brother of the petitioner, was also granted permanent withdrawal of the Look Out Circular in W.P.(Crl.)(MD) No.10815 of 2024 vide order dated 11.06.2024.
4. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner is also entitled to peramanent withdrawal of Look Out Circular and accordingly, respondents are directed to permanenantly withdraw the Look Out Notice.
5. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court as and when his presence is required. The interim bail already granted by this Court shall continue.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
