Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by Mr.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, Advocate for the petitioner, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for records pertaining to the proceedings of the 2nd Respondent made in his proceedings in Cr.M.P. No.61/2019 dated 01.10.2019 and quash the same and set the petitioner's son by name MADHAN @ MADHANKUMAR, S/O RAJU,aged about 25 years, at liberty from Central Prison, Tirucirappalli/3rd Respondent. Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 16/12/2019(Monday, the Sixteenth day of December, Two Thousand and Nineteen) to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
