This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / 2nd respondent / 2nd respondent for his willful, deliberate and disobedience of the interim order passed by this Court in WMP (MD).No.19097 of 2024 in W.P.(MD).No.22553 of 2024 dated 20-09-2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that now, the petitioner intends to withdraw the main writ petition itself and hence, nothing survives in this contempt petition.
