ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.09.2023, which is registered as CSR.No.528 of 2023 and to initiate action against the petitioner's husband and others. 2.According to the petitioner, on account of harassment by the petitioner's husband and other family members, a complaint is filed before the respondent police and the same was registered as CSR.No.528 of 2023. However, so far the enquiry has not been initiated and therefore, sought for suitable directions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that an enquiry is being initiated and within short time, the police will complete the enquiry in CSR.No.528 of 2023 and dispose of the same.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.528 of 2023 and dispose of the same as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
