PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1977 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 25.08.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 436, 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.1977 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, earlier on 23.07.2023, the petitioner scolded the defacto complainant through phone and threatened that he will set fire his family. Consequently, on 24.08.2023 at about 4.15 a.m., in the early morning, two vehicles were burnt by the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Even though there was proposal made by the petitioner to make compromise with the defacto complainant, he is not ready. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a reasonable amount for the above said damage.

4.Considering the period of incarceration and considering the willingness to deposit a reasonable amount, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Cr.No.1977 of 2023 before the trial Court concerned, without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court. 6.On such deposit being made, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, 2/4

on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 27/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / 27/09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
