The matter was listed on 31.01.2022, when the following order was passed:

'Petitioner is called absent.

2. In any event, Mr.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would state that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. The prayer is direction to the first respondent not to disburse retirement benefits till disposal of H.M.O.P.No.119 of 2014 before the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli.

4. The employee in question, that is, the husband of the petitioner is stated to have received all retirement benefits on 31.10.2018, thus, rendering this writ petition infructuous.

5. In order to afford an opportunity, list 'for dismissal' on 02.02.2022.'

2.Though listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner even today. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
