[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.The prayer in the writ petition is to implement and provide biometric attendance system for the Medical Officers and Psychiatrists and also for all types of Prison staffs.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that Biometric is introduced throughout the State in all Government departments and even Prisons.
