PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.603 of 2008 from the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent in accordance with law and further direct the third respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within a stipulated time period.

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.603 of 2008 from the file of the second respondent and to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation and file charge sheet.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai, Karur District, closed the proceedings in Crime No.603 of 2008 under Section 468Cr.P.C., dated 25.01.2018. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
